Finchampstead sits about 3 miles south of central Wokingham in the RG40 postcode, and it's a mixed bag of housing that keeps us busy year-round. You've got older village-core cottages and Victorian semis around the church and village centre, then post-war and 1970s detached houses spreading out through the lanes, and newer estate housing filling in the gaps closer to the B3348.
